Usually, within two weeks of the evaluation session, our staff have all tests scored and interpreted, and arrive at conclusions and recommendations that are discussed with the clients in a feedback meeting, after which a final report is prepared.

In addition to conveying the results of testing, the purpose of the feedback meeting is to ensure that the results “make sense.”

Please note that the parents of college-age students can receive test results or attend this meeting only with the student’s permission because of confidentiality laws (even when parents are paying for the service).
