"Calling All Adventure Divas"

Do you ever get that feeling while sitting in class, when your mind starts to wander, and you day-dream about being far, far away? Or have you always dreamed about packing your belongings and starting anew? Do you love exploring the great outdoors? Do you dream of living your passions? Then Adventure Divas is the place for you!

Adventure Divas is a NEW organization focused on women's empowerment grounded in outdoor adventure. Adventure Divas combines themes of empowerment, self-confidence, independence, travel, adventure, and outdoor recreation through various exciting events scheduled this semester. Women will have the opportunity to gather with others who share the same adventurous spirit. Brown Bag lunches, an evening event, and a daytime outdoor event will be planned once a month. Speakers specializing in the Adventure Divas themes will present at our gatherings. A unique women's Adventure Book Club will keep us all on our toes with the stories of real-life adventure heroines. Lunch Lectures will cover such topics as: travel, empowerment, self-confidence, body image, healthy living & nutrition, survivor stories, heroine stories, independence, outdoor ethics. Stay tuned for our exciting events!
