Types of Gifts:

The Center welcomes gifts of any amount. You may support the Center by giving to one of these accounts:   (1) the Ventress Order, an annual giving recognition program that acknowledges donors according to their giving levels. Gifts at any level may be restricted to the Sarah Isom Center; (2) the Joanne V. Hawks endowment, established for the Center's enrichment in 2004 in memory of Dr. Hawks, who was Director of the Center from 1981-1998; (3) the Lucy Somerville Howorth endowment, established to support an annual lectureship in women's studies.

The Ventress Order's Giving Designations:

Patron, $25,000 annually

Benefactor, $10,000-$24,999 annually

Executive, $5,000-$9,999 annually

Advocate, $2,500-$4,999 annually

Associate, $1,000-$2,499 annually

Steward, $500-$999 annually

Senior Partner, $250-$499 annually

Partner, $100-$249 annually

Friend, $1-$99 annually

To write a check, choose "Send a Check." From the drop-down menu, choose "Ventress Order." Then under "Special Instructions," write "Sarah Isom Center." If you like, you may also designate either the Hawks or the Howorth endowment here.

To pay online, choose "Online Via Credit Card" under "Make a Gift."   From the drop-down menu, choose "Liberal Arts: Sarah Isom Center." If you want to designate either the Hawks or Howorth endowment, do so under "Special Instructions."
