Department Party, Horseshoe tournament
Fall 2006

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology kicked off the Fall semester with a department party at Kirsten and Jeff’s house.  We welcomed our new colleagues, Ahmet and John, and enjoyed lots of delicious appetizers brought by everyone in the department.  In addition, Sociology defeated Anthropology in the first official Departmental Horseshoe Tournament.  Dr. Vaughn Grisham led the sociologists to victory with his adept horseshoe-throwing skills, shown here:
