Anne Evans is a second-year graduate student in Southern Studies. After receiving her B.A. from Notre Dame, she lived in California for three years. Her primary interests are literature and writing.

Susan Glisson is assistant director of the Center for the Study of Southern Culture. As part of her doctoral work at the College of William and Mary, she is writing a doctoral dissertation on women in the civil rights movement.
