You may not move into your residence hall prior to the designated time for your building or special group. Rooms are repaired and cleaned according to your scheduled arrival.
- You may move into your residence hall on the designated date for your hall or special group, whichever is earliest.
- Report directly to your residence hall to check in. Follow the signs to the front desk or your designated check-in area on the 1st floor. Northgate residents will go to the Brown lobby for check in. Campus Walk residents will go directly to the Campus Walk office.
- Students may not check in after 10:00pm or before 8:00am, so plan your arrival accordingly.

- For students with flexible arrival plans, we suggest you arrive no earlier than noon if possible on your designated move-in day.

You may order linens for your room at rhl.org/store or by calling (800) 957-4338. Items from RHL are made to fit our residence hall beds, and ordering is easy. - Important Carpet Information
You may order carpet for your room at rhcarpets.com or by calling (800) 892-8730. You will need your room assignment information when placing your order so that you receive the right size carpet. Residence Hall Carpets has measurements for all of our residence hall rooms. If ordering by phone, you will need our school code (UMS1R1CSQQ).- Suggested carpet sizes:
