Rates

All traditional residence hall and Luckyday Residential College room rates are based on an annual 9-month residency (fall and spring semesters) and do not include housing during breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break). Northgate Apartments and Residential College South room rates are based on an annual 10-month residency (fall and spring semesters) and include break housing. Campus Walk and the Village Apartment rates are based on an annual 12-month residency (fall, spring and summer). Bedrooms in Campus Walk and Northgate are single occupancy.
