The Telecommunications Center provides directory assistance for the telephone numbers for campus faculty, staff, departments and residence hall students. The available information can be provided for faculty, staff, students, and departments that are associated with the University. To access directory assistance from a residence hall, academic department or administrative department dial "0". Callers located in the Oxford or University calling area can access University directory assistance by dialing 915-7211. Callers not located in the Oxford or University calling area should dial 662-915-7211. You may also access the Faculty/Staff Directory or the Departmental Directory from this page.

Student directory assistance is provided for all students living in residence halls on campus. Once a week the files are updated to have the latest information available. Off-campus directory assistance is provided for students who provide information to us during the payment of fees. A table is available during this time for the off-campus students to provide us with their name and local telephone number. If a student does not provide this information, that student's name is not part of our directory assistance information system.

Directory assistance is provided seven days a week on a twenty-four hour basis. Regular telephone operators are on duty Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The automated directory assistance system answers calls after 5:00 p.m., during the week, weekends and holidays.
