When a young woman ends her relationship with the son of a wealthy man, she finds herself suddenly the victim of a series of disastrous events that take away her job, her peace of mind, her family—and ultimately her life. This is a tightly plotted, almost claustrophobic film that builds in intensity from start to finish.
