Will Call/Box Office:  Customers picking up tickets at Will Call must present photo identification. Group and season tickets cannot be purchased at the Will Call box office before an event.  Please call the UM Box Office at 662.915.7411 or stop by our Student Union location. Student/faculty complimentary tickets may not be picked up at the Will Call box office before an event.  In order for students to receive the student rate for Greek Shows, tickets must be purchased before the day of the event.  Otherwise, full rates apply.

Refunds/Exchanges/Reseats: We do not issue refunds unless an event is cancelled. For events with multiple performances, we will allow customers to exchange one night for another provided that the request is made prior to the week of the show. We can exchange one event for another as long as it is within the same series.  The customer will be responsible for any balance due. The UM Box Office will reseat customers at no charge if the seats are in the same price level.

Persons with Disabilities:  Please call 662.915.7411 to make seating and ticket arrangements.  Assisted listening devices are available for events at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts and Fulton Chapel. 

Parking:  Parking can be a challenge at on-campus venues.  Please plan your time accordingly.  More time will be needed if you have to purchase your tickets at the box office or pick them up at will call.  The Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Meek Auditorium and Nutt Auditorium have parking available.

Courtesy:  In consideration of the artists and fellow audience members please make sure to turn off all phones, pagers and watches.  No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed during performances.  When arriving late, please wait until an intermission or suitable interval in the performance to take your seat.
