Crime Alert--Theft of Lap-Top Computers

Date:  Thursday - April 25, 2007

Since Monday, April 23, 2007, 3 lap-top computers have been stolen from students in the J. D. Williams Library. In all three instances the lap-tops were left unattended for only a few moments. While lap-top computers provide a convenient means of transporting and maintaining information in a portable form, left unattended they are easy targets for thieves.

 Please- do not leave lap-tops or other personal items unattended for any duration of time.
