Campus Crime Report

The Campus Crime Report is released weekly to inform the University
community of incidents that may be a threat to public safety.

The University Police Department states the following incidents have
been reported between Tuesday, January 22, and Monday, January 28, 2008:


LARCENY/THEFTS:

Wednesday, January 23, 12:11 p.m., a parking decal was reported stolen from a vehicle
parked in the Stadium Parking Lot.

Tuesday, January 22, 1:42 p.m., a parking decal was discovered stolen from a vehicle
parked in the Women's Terrace Parking Lot.

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

Saturday, January 16, 1:48 a.m., a vehicle parked on Poole Drive was discovered vandalized
(headlight busted out).

 

ARRESTS:

Sunday, January 27, 10:38 a.m., a male non-student was charged with speeding and driving
while license suspended on Hathorn Road.

Sunday, January 27, 12:53 a.m., a male student was charged with running a stop sign,
possession of beer under 21 years of age, possession of a fake ID and DUI 1st offense
on All American Drive.

Friday, January 25, 5:05 a.m., a male non-student was charged with domestic
violence - simple assault in connection to a disturbance in the Village.

Friday, January 25, 2:07 a.m., a male student was charged with public drunkenness inside
Kincannon Hall.
