Faculty members who wish to schedule an informative drop-in visit by a Writing Center consultant may email writingc@olemiss.edu at least 48 hours prior to the proposed visit. Please provide your name, the course name and number, your classroom building and room number, and the number of students enrolled in the class. A friendly writing consultant will drop-in for a ten minute, informative presentation concerning Writing Center services.

Our writing consultants now include three English graduate students and from eight to ten Honors College students.

The Writing Center has many more services planned and we look forward to sharing those with you as they are developed.

Examples include a Tuesday afternoon workshop series for undergraduates and online tutorials regarding a variety of writing concerns will be available in January of 2010.
