The annual NASU conference plays an important role for NASU members. The conference is a place where members, Sigma staff as well as FSA staff, can interact with other users, learn new and innovative ways of using the Sigma software and build relationships with fellow members. The conference chair is held by the president-elect who, along with the help of other board members, is responsible for organizing the next annual conference. Duties include: agenda setup and printing, preparing session outlines, scheduling presenters, coordinating room reservations and meals, and other conference-related tasks. This position holds a great amount of responsibility but is well worth the time and effort when you see the benefits it provides to the attendees.
