Traffic Flow 101
Vehicles may enter campus for parking purposes at 4 a.m. on game day. Setting up for tailgating in the Grove is prohibited until midnight Friday.
- On Grove Loop, traffic is one way in front of Farley Hall, Lamar Law Center and Triplett Alumni Center. This provides room for one lane of traffic and an unloading zone for the Grove. When traveling west on University Avenue, there is no right turn onto Grove Loop. The other unloading zone for the Grove is on University Avenue. Parking vehicles and/or trailers around the Grove and Circle on Friday is prohibited. Violators are subject to tow.
- No vehicles are admitted on All-American Drive, formerly Fraternity Row, between Poole Drive and University Avenue.
- No parking is available on University Avenue from the Circle to the four-way stop. This area is designated as a 15-minute unloading zone only.
- After the game, one-way traffic flows east on University Avenue toward downtown Oxford, west on All-American Drive to Jackson Avenue and south on Coliseum Drive to Highway 6.
- Unauthorized golf carts and ATVs are prohibited from campus. Violators are subject to fine and arrest.
- No parking is permitted along the sides of the newly opened Gertrude Ford Parkway. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
- Local traffic updates are provided by the Oxford Police Department and are broadcast every 15 minutes up to one hour prior to kickoff. Tune to 93.7 FM for the latest traffic information.
