Services
- The IT Helpdesk, centerally located in Weir Hall, is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We're happy to assist anyone in the university community with issues related to software, hardware, and networking. We provide support for e-mail, Web pages, and other applications that run on the university's campuswide systems. Come by or call us at (662) 915-5222.

- The IT Helpdesk offers virus and spyware cleaning services at a charge of $20.00 per hour of work. All IT Helpdesk services must be paid by either Ole Miss Express, Visa, or Mastercard. Before bringing in your computer, we encourage you to try cleaning the computer yourself by downloading the software on our Virus Removal page.
- The IT Helpdesk can configure your computer to work on the campus networks. We can install and configure Network Interface Cards (NICs) and Wireless Cards. For more information click here.
