Helpdesk Student Consultant


The Helpdesk is currently seeking students to fill the position of Helpdesk Student Consultant. As a Helpdesk Student Consultant you will work with students and IT professionals providing technical support for all students, faculty, and staff at the University. When a technology-related problem arises on campus, the Helpdesk is usually the first responder. This position may be for you if you meet the following criteria.

1. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
2. Have GREAT communication skills
3. Have a passion for technology
4. Enjoy working with users of all levels of experience
5. Are looking for a job that can be VERY challenging, yet rewarding
6. Need working hours that can be arranged around your class schedule
