I am trying to register for classes, but I receive a message saying that I have to be entered into a program. What can I do?

Please contact the Office of the Registrar at 662-915-7792 and let them know you need to be entered into a program.

My password has been locked. What can I do?

As a security measure, your account will be locked after multiple incorrect login attempts have been made using your WebID. If your account has been locked, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 662-915-5222 or helpdesk@olemiss.edu.

I have a parent WebID and need to reset my password. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on the myOleMiss logon page. Then, click the "I have forgotten my password and can't login" link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form.

My password has expired. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on the myOleMiss logon page and then enter the requested information to verify your identity. If you do not know your current password click the Don't know your current password link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on the myOleMiss logon page. Then, click the "Don't know your current password" link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form.
