In some cases seeing your computer's display can greatly help us troubleshoot issues. The IT Helpdesk can remotely connect to your computer and assist you with problems. The installation is "one-time", (ie. it will only run after you accept, and when the support technician is finished, the program will exit and un-install). The Helpdesk Consultant will not be able to reconnect to your computer at any time unless you specifically allow them to.
