Directions for Creating an iTunes U Course through Blackboard

Login to Blackboard.
Enter your course in Blackboard and go to the course Control Panel.
Select the iTunes U link under the Course Tools section. NOTE: If your Blackboard course was created prior to October 1, 2009, you will need to turn on the iTunes U tool first by going to Control Panel—Manage Tools—Building Block Tool Availability and placing a check in the box beside iTunesU Course Application. If your Blackboard course was created after October 1, 2009, you should see the iTunes U link in the control panel by default.
Select the Enable button to create a space for your course in iTunes U.
Next you will need to add a link to your newly created iTunes U course in Blackboard. This link will allow students to access your iTunes U course space.
Enter the content area of your Blackboard course where you want the link to be placed (Course Documents, Assignments, etc.)
Select the iTunes U Link from the drop-down menu (to the far right of the add item bar), and click Go.
Enter the link properties, and click Submit.

Login to Blackboard.
Enter your course in Blackboard and go to the course Control Panel.
Select the iTunes U link under the Course Tools section.
Select the iTunes U button beside Reveal in iTunes. This will launch iTunes on your computer and take you to your course space within iTunes U.
Alternatively, you could use the same iTunes U link that you created in your course content area for students.
