Permission to Transfer Credit
Any Liberal Arts student who wishes to take a course at another institution must fill out the Permission to Transfer Credit Form before registering for the course.
Registration Advising Worksheet
The Registration Advising Worksheet has been updated for the Fall 2011 Priority Registration. It is now a fillable PDF form which can be saved to a computer. A sample form is also available which shows how a fictitious student and her advisor might have filled it out.
