Description
This scholarship fund was established in 1994 by Kerry W. Hamilton of Oxford, Mississippi. The recipient will be a full-time student who is majoring in journalism and who is a resident of one of the following Delta Counties: Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Sharkey, Sunflower and Tallahatchie.
