The Richard Pharr Memorial Music Scholarship
Description
This scholarship fund was established by Richard Pharr, of Tremont, Mississippi, to assist deserving men and women who are pursuing a major in music. The recipient shall be a full-time undergraduate, who has transferred from Itawamba Community College and who is pursuing a major in music.
