Debbie Binkley has been a member of the public relations staff since 1983, beginning at the office when she was still a student at The University of Mississippi. As operations manager, Binkley is assistant to the associate vice chancellor for university relations, Jeffrey Alford. She also is responsible for managing human resources documentation for all divisions of University Relations.
