Barbara Lago administers the coordination and dissemination of information about The University of Mississippi among its myriad publics. She also has edited the University's alumni magazine, coordinated Alumni Affairs publicity, publicized The Campaign for Ole Miss and its Drive for Athletics, and served as publicist for Ole Miss' Pharmacy School, research units, science departments and other academic areas during her 18-plus years in public relations at Ole Miss. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and zoology from Ole Miss.
