Schedule of Meetings

2009-2010
All meetings take place on the last Wednesday of each month at 12:00 noon. The venue will be announced here and via e-mail prior to each meeting.
August 26 2009 - Lyceum 200 - Group Picture will be taken - Wear your Red T-shirts! Kim Chrestman will report on the Mississippi AEOP meeting. Also, we will be planning for coming year. If you haven't paid your dues yet, please do so ASAP!
September 30 2009 - In lieu of our regular meeting, The University of Mississippi will be hosting its annual Benefits Fair. It will be from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. The event will be held in Johnson Commons Ballroom. Members have volunteered to participate in recruiting new members at this event and man our OMAEOP table .
October 28 2009 - HR Training Room - Andrea Jekabsons from Human Resources - Administrative Training Workshop titled “How to Adapt to Change.” To begin Promptly at 12:00 p.m. and last approximately 50 minutes. Attendance strongly encouraged - This workshop is scheduled exclusively for OMAEOP!
November 18 2009 - Inn at Ole Miss - Scheduled Tour of the Inn at Ole Miss – Lunch is available on site. $7.95/buffet. Tour of hotel rooms, suites and ballroom. More follow-up on specifics and details regarding times, lunch plans, schedule, etc. Topic: Talk about Christmas Party
Monday, December 14 2009 - OMAEOP Christmas Party. Drinks to be provided by OMAEOP. Everyone required to bring your favorite appetizer or dessert.
January 27, 2010- Lyceum 200 - We are hoping to have some kind of Health/Wellness Awareness presentation with a panel of experts or tour the Turner Center facility.

May 19, 2010 - Boss’s Luncheon – 12:00 to 1:30pm, Overby Center on campus, Menu, Cost, and Guest Speaker -- TBA.
Wed., Jun 30- Installation of New Officers – Time, Location, Menu, Cost -- TBA.
