75^th Anniversary Celebration

A very special celebration has been planned to commemorate 75 years of University Dames.  Please join us at the Walton-Young Historic House, where the Dames will present a gift to the House.  We will tour the House which has been restored to its 1880’s appearance and features the lifestyles of the Victorian Era. 

 Afterwards we will go to the University Museum for music, refreshments, and to view the exhibit “Two Women and Their Cookbooks” which documents Louisiana and Creole food traditions of the mid-twentieth century.

If the University Museum parking lot is full, you may park at the School of Education.
