Gregory Brown created this site's layout and html code, including link graphics. A bit of the content was written by Brown, but the vast majority has been a collaborative effort. The core of this site is our "EBook," a total group effort valiantly lead by Pete Froehlich. The content represents many differing opinions--please see our disclaimer.
