Please include your name, year, expected graduation date, phone number and email address. Alternatively, just come to any one of our meetings or speaker events! We'll sign you up there. NATIONAL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP The Constitution of the UM Chapter requires that, in order to be "active members," chapter members must join the national Society. Membership in the national Society carries great benefits. For a mere $5 annually, you will receive subscriptions to Engage (the publication of the Federalist Society's practice groups) and the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, as well as free membership in two practice groups and the abilitiy to participate in numerous national functions. Membership in the society often continues long after law school. Many who join the Federalist Society maintain membership throughout their lives and legal careers. The Society has many chapters in its Lawyers Division, especially in the nation's larger cities. These chapters serve both as a clearing-house for the latest conservative and libertarian ideas in law and public policy and as superior network for like-minded individuals.
