Points System :
Each person is required to earn 60 points each semester. Points DO NOT rollover from one semester to another. If you do not meet the points for a semester you will be put on probation and have until the end of the following semester to meet the yearly total of 120 points. If you do not meet the 120 total points you will be asked to leave the GBP society.
You earn points in the following ways
1. Meeting Attendance....................10 pts
2. Donations to GBP events..............................20 pts
This includes donating items to GBP events such as Toys for tots, Clothes drive, Easter Baskets, etc. This is NOT 20 pts per item, but 20 pts for all items donated be it one or more.
3. Participation in Special Events .........................30 pts
Your personal involvement in GBP special events by providing organizational time, providing transportation, sitting at collection tables, etc..
4. Non-GBP Event or Donation.............15 pts
If you are involved with other societies that do charitable activities you can use your involvement towards your GBP points. Please provide evidence as to your involvement.
