The MLSAMP IMAGE Program played a major role in the completion of my B.S. in Electrical Engineering. The Program assisted me in excelling academically and professionally. My academic mentors assisted in keeping me focused and advised me on what I needed to do to obtain academic success. I also had the opportunity to be a mentor to other students, which made me even more conscious of excelling academically because of a need to be a role model. Through the workshops, I learned more about professionalism.

The program also assisted me financially by allowing me to attend conferences and paying for tests I had to take such as the GRE. IMAGE had a definite impact on my development and I am very thankful to Mrs. Jacquline Vinson, Project Coordinator and the staff for all the love and care shown to the IMAGE Scholars. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
