This Wednesday, October 4 Pi Phi will be hosting our annual Skit Preview. We welcome our Parents and Alumni to join us to watch our talented actors, dancers and singers as they perform this year's version of our Recruitment skit. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. For more information please contact our recruiment chairman Audrey Rogers.

Last Sunday Pi Phi hosted "Water Parties" for all Potential New Members. We were able to meet a lot of amazing girls and make a lot of new friends!
The new round of recruitment, dubbed "Water Parties," was created by Panhellenic to try and give PNMs a better idea of what each house is like on a day-to-day basis. Even though the house is still under construction we were so proud that everything came together and we were able to show the girls the progress!
We were so excited to make so many new friends and are anxiously awaiting Recruitment when we can see our new friends again!

The ski lodge is gone! For more than 40 years the Pi Phi House on the Ole Miss campus served our purposes well. Known as the “Ski Lodge,” for its pillared rock façade, the Pi Phi house met the needs of thousands of young co-eds who dined in its dining room, lounged in its elegant living and family rooms and resided in the residential halls off the main living areas.
But time took its toll on the beloved old structure, and as 2006 dawned our actives and alumni pledged their support of a major renovation and façade renewal for the Pi Phi House. The renovation will include additions to the kitchen, dining room, and our house mother quarters, as well as a beautiful new façade. The entire dorm area will have new carpet, new windows, and individual air conditioning units in each room! We will also be adding a sprinkler system to the house for fire prevention. The kitchen will be expanded to about twice its former size and we will also be adding a third floor study room.
After last year's renovations to our date rooms and parlors, the house should be in top form come this fall and to take Ole Miss Pi Phis into the next century and beyond!!! Above is the architect's "vision" for the new facade. Click on the photo for a larger version.
