1)  Poster presenters are limited to graduate and undergraduate students only.

2)  Each student will be allowed to present only one poster.

3)  Students are encouraged to present posters that have already been presented at other regional, state, or national meetings in the past year.

Posters previously presented at Sigma Xi will not be accepted.

5)  When you submit an abstract you are required to prepare a poster and be present during the poster symposium. Each poster will be judged by at least 2 judges.

6)  Various organizations will be presenting awards for best poster. Sigma Xi and the Office of Research will provide awards for best poster in each scientific category. The Honors College will give an award for the best Undergraduate poster. The American Association of University Women (AAUW) will provide two awards; one for the best undergraduate and the other for best graduate student poster by a woman. Posters will be judged on both scientific content and presentation.
