MISSISSIPPI ASSOCIATION OF STAFF COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONS
STANDING RULES
Standing Rules are informal, yet detailed, guidelines that describe the procedures of MASCO. Their purpose is to provide guidance regarding the procedures, expectations, and standards of MASCO. These guidelines are meant to be flexible and reflect the will of MASCO; therefore, they may be revised at any MASCO meeting by a majority vote.
- MASCO Meetings
- Unless otherwise stated by MASCO, the January meeting each year will be held in Jackson so that MASCO members will have an opportunity to meet with IHL staff and legislators.
- Voting on recommendations will be recorded by roll call and individual member institution votes will be reflected in the formal minutes of MASCO.
