Required
Student Fee: $100
This fee covers the following: your Ole Miss orientation handbook and all other printed materials; your orientation bag and T-shirt; lunch, dinner and snack on day 1; breakfast on day two; and one night of housing in the residence hall for the night of day 1. Orientation fees also help the university cover the cost of programs for freshmen and new students throughout the year.
Optional Fees
Additional Student Housing: $25
If you wish to stay in housing the night prior to your session, there is an additional fee of $25 for the extra night. Note: Housing is available only for May and June sessions.
Registration for Family Members: starting at $75
There is an additional fee of $75 for each family member to attend orientation. This fee covers the Ole Miss orientation handbook and all other printed materials; orientation tote bag; lunch, dinner and snack on day 1; and breakfast on day two.
Housing for Family Members: $25 per night per person
Family members who wish to stay in the residence halls may do so for a fee of $25 per night per person. Note: Housing is available only for May and June sessions.
Additional T-shirts: $10 each
All incoming students registered for orientation receive a T-shirt. Additional T-shirts may be purchased at orientation check-in and check-out for $10 each. All sizes are available.
Fees can be paid online using Visa or MasterCard. If you choose to pre-register and mail in a payment, then a check or money order is acceptable.
If you have young children, you do not need to pay a fee on their behalf. You can simply pay for their meal while you are here. The parent fee entitles you to the following: all printed materials and orientation sessions, a parent handbook, tote bag, lunch and all other orientation materials.
The orientation fees also help us to fund student and parent first-year programs, such as Rebel Letter Day, Rebel Run, Parents Weekend, etc.
