Biography

I have a passion for crafting engaging and informative digital content.

This includes:

  • Developing, managing, and maintaining content across various platforms.
  • Making sure different units across campus are equipped to put their best digital-foot forward.

Collaboration is a key aspect of my job.

  • Through cross-team collaboration, I work closely with units across campus to identify content needs, gather information, and craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the Web Content team, I actively participates in establishing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to govern web content and electronic communications for the university.

I’m always looking for new ways to enhance UM's online presence. In the future, I look forward to:

  • Helping my partners across campus create user friendly and search engine optimized web pages.
  • Utilizing data analytics to gain deeper insights into user behavior and tailor content accordingly.
