UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Jennifer Robinson, soprano, has performed opera, oratorio, and recital throughout the United States. Her operatic roles include Despina and Fiordiligi in Così Fan Tutte, Marenka in The Bartered Bride, Adele in Die Fledermaus, and Pamina in The Magic Flute. Companies with whom she has appeared include Charlotte Opera, North Carolina Opera, and the Charlotte Town Players. Ms. Robinson was engaged for two seasons as artist in residence with Opera Carolina. Active in oratorio, Ms. Robinson has performed as a soloist with the Germanrown Symphony Orchestra, Hilton Head Oratorio Society, the Tar River Orchestra, and the Sun Coast Oratorio Society. She has also performed with the North Carolina Bach Festival and the Tallahassee Bach Parley. As a concert soloist, she has appeared on the concert series of William Carey University, Davidson College, in the Festival of Italian Opera (Hilton Head), and at the North Carolina Museum of Art. She is instructor of music at the University of Mississippi, and teaches both studio and class voice.
