Biography
Kim is an assistant professor of management at The University of Mississippi. She studies how a firm’s approach to social and environmental issues affects its competitiveness. Her primary research focus is on the role of strategic leaders in identifying, adapting, and applying the diverse knowledge needed to satisfy rapidly changing expectations in these dimensions while continuing to perform well on traditional metrics.
Her research interests include organizational learning, absorptive capacity, environmental strategies, corporate social responsibility, and strategic leadership
