Biography

Dr. Armstrong is an Instructional Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi. She received her Ph.D. in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Mississippi in 2025. She obtained a Graduate Certificate in Biomechanics from the University of Mississippi in 2025. She earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Science at the University of Mississippi in 2021. and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Caroline Aiken in 2019. Her research interests include human biomechanics, female athletes and the menstrual cycle, tactical athlete wellbeing and performance.
