Biography
Professor Glover is a native Mississippian who spent four years teaching English Language Arts in Mississippi public schools prior to attending law school, and she advocates for educational opportunity and equality in Mississippi. During law school, Professor Glover worked with the MacArthur Justice Center, was a Moot Court Board member, and served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. She also received the Robert Farley Award and the Outstanding Student Award. After law school she clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Parker in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Following her clerkship she practiced with the firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC in Memphis, TN. Her areas of practice include complex commercial litigation and employment law. Professor Glover now serves the law school as the Director of Academic Success, a role in which she helps students achieve their academic goals by providing mentorship and other resources. She is an Assistant Professor of Practice, and she teaches Writing for the Bar Exam, Professional Identity Formation, and Contract Drafting and Negotiation.
