The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Katie S. McClendon is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Pharmacy Practice Department of the School of Pharmacy. Dr. McClendon received her Pharm.D. from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2005. She did a Primary Care Residency at the St. Louis VA Medical Center and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She took a position in the School of Pharmacy following her residency. Dr. McClendon practices in the Anticoagulation Clinic at the University of Mississippi Medical Center's Jackson Medical Mall and West Jackson Family Medicine. Dr. McClendon is the Course Director for the Seminar Skills course in the PY4 year in Jackson, as well as Preceptor for Ambulatory Care Advanced Practice Experiences.
