UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Libby Lytle is an Adjunct Instructor of Legal Studies. She received her undergrad and Masters from Ole Miss. She has been a police officer/ law enforcement professional for 27 years. She was promoted to Sergeant in 2002, Lieutenant in 2004 and then Captain in 2007. She has been a self defense instructor, ethics instructor, domestic violence instructor, and conducted numerous trainings in a number of areas for the Oxford Police department and others. She worked the last two years on writing policy and procedures, training, accreditation, and administrative duties. She retired from the Oxford Police Department in July 2017. She now works for Family Crisis Services, a local non-profit, providing services for victims of violent crimes.
