SHEVAUN CHERISE FESTERVAND
Since 2004, Shevaun Festervand has gained extensive customer service experience through several key positions. As a manager of a large retail store in Dallas, TX, she was responsible for recruitment, training, and development of current and new employees, along with managing the product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, and sales for the store. She then went to work for the PGA of America, Northern Texas Section and gained experience in event planning, travel planning, human resources, and PGA member education. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a BA in Psychology, she is now working for the University as a Human Resources Assistant.
