UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Assistant Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Dr. Ikuta received his Ph.D in Neuroscience and Linguistics at Indiana University in 2008, as well as M.A. in Computational Linguistics in 2005. His research interests include neural mechanisms of hearing and language using neuroimaging and computational techniques. He has published papers of the numerous topics including neuroimaging, neuropsychopharmacology, neurodevelopment, psychiatric and/or neurological disorders, dopaminergic modulation, computational linguistics, generative linguistics, auditory hallucination, and genetics.
