Dr. Weixing Chen is professor of Public Policy Leadership in the Department of Public Policy Leadership at the University of Mississippi.

Biography
Dr. Weixing (Mark) Chen served as Chair of Department of Public Policy Leadership from 2013 to 2026 and had served as Chair of Department of Political Science, International Affairs & Public Administration at East Tennessee State University before joining the University of Mississippi. He has published numerous academic books and journal articles and contributed chapters to many books.
