Why did you join the Teacher Corps?
There were two factors that guided my decision to pursue the MTC program. The first was that previous teaching experience at Seattle Community College in Washington State had awakened and made me aware of my love of teaching. The second was a strong pull toward a community service career back in my hometown in the MS Delta. MTC was the catalyst that has helped me make my career goal a reality.
