Why did you join MTC?
_____I joined the Mississippi Teacher Corps because if there's one thing I am sure of, it's that I want to teach!  I love books and explaining and discovering ideas through live interaction and conversation, as well as getting creative in the process of learning. My desire is to share that passion for books, creativity, conversation. I also have a desire to give back what so many teachers have given me (these passions). And, I really love building relationships with youth, and school is kind of my natural habitat...so MTC was a natural fit.
