Awards for the Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC) Class of 2007 (MTC designates classes by year entered, not completed). Awards were given at the banquet dinner on May 2nd, 2009.

Application Update

For 2008-2009 MTC received 312 applications for 27 spots. Thirty-four acceptances were given, seven people declined, and 27 accepted. The acceptance rate for 2008-2009 is 11%.

The final application deadline for the Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC) Class of 2009 is March 17th, 2009. Applications must be received by 11:59 PM (PST) on Tuesday evening, March 17th. Please note that the online application is not compatible with some versions of Internet Explorer. MTC recommends using Firefox as your web browser when you fill out the application.
