12.  Shared programs?  Any way to indicate?

Not an issue.

13.  Can total hours be listed in all SC descriptions.  For graduate 
masters programs, can we display general program requirements?
For Masters programs, can we indictae if there are thesis/no-thesis options?
What about final exam?

Total hours can be displayed via the MIN HOURS field. The remaining
issues will be addressed by the Academic Structure team.

14.  HR all caps -- can they be in mixed case?

KFG will follow up with HR.

15.  Do we want to list prior catalogs?  

One user found the listing of prior catalogs confusing.  
EA will open a new window for these links.

16.  Can we eliminate some of the redundancy in CG descriptions?

Our suggestion ==>
Let's get in all degree programs so that we can see the superset of CGs
and then see about improvements to reduce redundancy. 

17.  Do we want to list non-academic departments in the departmental
directory?  Business uses areas rather than departments.  Should
we clarify?

Good idea -- only show those that have courses or programs of study.

18.  Canty and Eftink noted that CG descriptions could be worded
to be more clear.  For exmaple, Canty suggested that BBA in Business
Electives be enumerated. Eftink suggested that the phrase
"approved electives" in the Master of Accountancy  CG be further
clarified.  For example, who approves these and what is the 
approval process?
