Work continued on the plan to eliminate the Turner Center registration/fee payment.
We began work on the wording of the various emails that students will receive during various stages of the registration process. Emails will be produced for the following events: (1) when student selects class schedule, (2) when the sweep process occurs and fees are posted to the students' accounts, (3) when financial aid is posted to the students' accounts and the (a) ACH file and (b) paper checks are produced. We completed work on emails (1) and (2) during this reporting period.
We also began work on providing a web site for registration dates with financial implications. This will provide key dates and list the financial consequences that take place on those dates.
Students are beginning to return the direct deposit forms in response to the letter they received from the Registrar. We met with Joe Norman and discussed the requirements for the direct deposit input screen. The input screen for entering the bank information to the legacy system was finalized.
Work on the student application fee configuration was ongoing during this time.
